Services

United Travel Notary provides mobile notary public services in California, including acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, copy certifications, and related notarial acts performed by a commissioned California notary public.

Not a law firm — no legal advice

United Travel Notary is not a law firm. A notary public is not an attorney and may not give legal advice, explain the legal effect of your documents, select notarial certificates for you, or prepare legal documents beyond completing notarial certificates. For legal questions, consult a licensed attorney.

Fees

Notarial fees are capped by California Government Code § 8211 at $15 per signature. Travel fees and after-hours surcharges are quoted before your appointment and are due at the time of service along with notarial fees.

Appointments & cancellations

Appointments are confirmed by phone, text, or email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Same-day cancellations after the notary is en route may incur the quoted travel fee.

Signer requirements

All signers must be present with valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, must be able to communicate in a language the notary understands (or provide a qualified translator), and must appear willing and aware. The notary will decline any act where willingness, awareness, or identity cannot be established, as required by law.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the notarial services rendered. We are not responsible for the content, legality, or enforceability of your documents.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
